Perfect Blue

Privacy Policy

Last updated 29 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data Perfect Blue collects when you shop with us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We only collect what we need to take your order, ship it, and support you.

What we collect

  • Order & contact details: your name, email address, delivery address and phone number.
  • Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe processes the payment and returns only a confirmation to us.
  • Order history: the items you bought and their status, so we can fulfil and support your order.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping updates, handle returns or questions, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the shop, and legal compliance.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the services that run the shop:

  • Stripe — to take payment securely.
  • Our fulfilment partner (CJ Dropshipping) — we pass your name and delivery address so your order can be shipped. This partner operates internationally, including outside the UK/EU, so your delivery details may be transferred abroad to get your parcel to you.
  • Our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase) — to run the website and store your order securely.

We never sell your data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies & tracking

We keep this light. Your shopping bag is stored in your browser's local storage (not a tracking cookie), and Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to process payment securely. We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your order and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Contact our support assistant and we'll respond within one month. If you're in the UK and unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
