Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship from

Perfect Blue pieces are shipped worldwide through our international fulfilment partner, with stock dispatched from overseas warehouses. This lets us keep our prices where they are — the trade-off is that delivery takes a little longer than a domestic high-street order.

How long delivery takes

Please allow the following from the time you place your order:

• Processing & dispatch: 1–3 business days while your order is picked and packed.
• Transit: 10–20 business days with tracking, depending on your country and local customs.
• Total, order to doorstep: typically 2–4 weeks.

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and it appears on your order status page. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed — customs, weather and peak periods can add a few days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country on delivery are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact our support assistant with your order number and we'll sort it.
